This Avocado Club Sub is a hearty, crowd-pleasing sandwich that is perfect for game day, tailgating, race day, or any casual get-together. The creamy avocado adds fresh flavor to the classic club sandwich ingredients, all piled onto a sub roll and sliced into easy-to-serve portions.
Arrange the slices on a platter so everyone can grab a piece while watching the game. You don't need a special occasion to enjoy it, either. Serve this loaded club sub for lunch, a quick dinner, or anytime you need an easy meal that can feed several people.

This sub is simple to make. You can make it the night before, put it in the refrigerator and cut it before you serve it.

This way you are not standing in the kitchen preparing food while your guest are in the living room watching the game.
The special part of this club sub is the avocado. Without it it is just some cold cuts on a good piece of bread. With the avocado it is something else altogether.
Avocados
The rich, creamy flavor of avocado pairs perfectly with the savory club sandwich ingredients.
It adds a smooth texture and fresh flavor that complements the layers of meat, cheese, and crisp vegetables without overpowering them.
