Why make Smoothies?
Smoothies are so easy to make. You can make them with any type of fruit or even vegetable. They are a good way to start the day with a healthy breakfast option.
Make it easy on yourself to make a smoothie in the morning!
I like to keep my blender right out on the counter so making a smoothie is an easy thing to do. When I used to keep my blender tucked away in a kitchen cabinet I would never make smoothies.
Now that my blender is right out in the open it doesn't take much time at all to whip up a delicious smoothie in the morning.
I'm not much of a morning person so if something seems like to too much work-like digging the blender out of its storage space then I just won't do it.
I know it sounds lazy but that is just how it is in the mornings for me.
I used whole milk in my Peach Smoothie recipe but you could make it with any type of dairy or non dairy milk you like.
I bet this Peach Smoothie would taste so good made with coconut milk. Next time I will try it and let you know how it goes!

I added some cinnamon and just a bit of vanilla and it tasted really good! If you're like me and are looking for a little more flavor, try adding some cinnamon. It doesn't mask the flavor or anything, just enhances it!
