The shining star of this recipe is the Don Victor honey. We keep a jar of honey in the cabinet at all times. We use honey as a sweetener, we use honey as a medicine, we use honey all the time.
Don Victor honey is available at Walmart in the Hispanic Aisle. You can find it in this beautiful glass bottle with a piece of golden honeycomb floating in the jar.
The Don Victor orange blossom honey is the perfect sweetener for my Honey Cranberry Holiday Dip recipe. If you have only ever used clover honey you need to try the Don Victor orange blossom honey to compare the two flavors. Orange blossom honey tastes so much better and the Don Victor honey is a premium made in the USA honey that is a perfect sweetener and can be added to many recipes in place of sugar.
How to Make Honey Cranberry Holiday Dip
This easy holiday dip recipes comes together in about 5 minutes.
Soften an 8 ounce package of cream cheese and beat it until it is creamy. Add the honey and beat it until the honey is combined with the cream cheese. Add a touch of cinnamon. You can skip the cinnamon if you like but it adds a nice holiday touch to the recipe.
Once the cream cheese and honey is nice and creamy fold in some dried cranberries and chopped pecan pieces. Don’t have dried cranberries on hand? Dried dates or even golden raisins would taste great in this recipe.
