Crock Pot Spinach Ravioli Soup Recipe is so easy to make.
It is one of the easiest crock pot soup recipes you can make.
A while back I shared this Spinach Ravioli with Garden Vegetable Sauce recipe.
I had a bunch of the frozen spinach ravioli leftover from that recipe and thought it would make a fine Crock Pot Spinach Ravioli Soup recipe.
I was right. It made a delicious ravioli soup recipe.
I'm glad I had some of that spinach ravioli leftover or I would have never made this crock pot soup recipe.
How to make Crock Pot Spinach Ravioli Soup
Ingredients
- 6 cups vegetable broth
- 1 medium onion
- 1 small bay leaf
- 4 small carrots cut into medallions
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 14 oz. can Hunt's Garlic Fire roasted diced tomatoes
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
- 3 cups small frozen spinach ravioli
- ½ cup finely grated fresh parmesan cheese
Directions
- Place the first 7 ingredients into a 4-quart crock pot.
- Cook on high for 3 hours or until the carrots are tender.
- Remove the onion and bay leaf from the crock pot.
- Grate the parmesan cheese into the crock pot and add the frozen ravioli.
- Cook 1 hour on high or until the ravioli are heated through.

Crock Pot Spinach Ravioli Soup
Ingredients
- 14 oz can Hunt's Garlic Fire roasted diced tomatoes
- 1 medium peeled, onion
- 4 small small carrots cut into medallions
- 1 small bay leaf
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 6 cups vegetable broth
- 3 cups small frozen spinach ravioli
- ½ cup finely grated fresh parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
Instructions
- Place the peeled onion, diced tomatoes, and sliced carrots into a 4 or 6 quart crock pot.
- Add the bay leaf and black pepper to the crock pot.
- Pour the beef broth over the ingredients and stir
- Cook on high for 3 or 4 hours or until the carrots are tender.
- Remove the onion and bay leaf from the crock pot.
- Add the frozen ravioli to the soup, breaking them apart if needed. Add the spinach at this time. Stir.
- Grate the parmesan cheese into the crock pot and mix to combine.
- Cook an additional 1 hour on high or until the ravioli are heated through.
- Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
Recipe Expert Tips
- Any type of frozen ravioli can be used.
- Fresh grated Parmesan cheese gives the best flavor.
