Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip

Hot dips are always a hit at any party. This Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip is no exception. This buffalo chicken dip recipe makes about 4 cups of dip. I divided the buffalo chicken dip in half and added some pickled jalapenos to one half because I like the added spicy flavor.
You could do the same or if your guests or family like spicy food you could add the jalapenos to the crock pot and cook them along with the buffalo dip recipe.
How to make Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken or 2 cups cooked chicken
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, divided
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¾ cup buffalo sauce

Ingredients
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken or 2 cups cooked chicken
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese divided
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¾ cup buffalo sauce
Instructions
- If using a rotisserie chicken remove the meat from the bones and roughly chop.
- Place one cup of sharp cheddar cheese plus all the other ingredients into a 4 or 6 quart crock pot.
- Cook on low for 1 ½ hours, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle the remaining cup of cheddar cheese over the top and cook until the cheese is melted.
- Serve with chips.
Recipe Expert Tips
- For a spicier Buffalo chicken dip add about 2 tablespoons (half recipe-double for whole recipe) pickled jalapeños that have been roughly chopped .
