Crock Pot Chicken Tetrazzini is a great crock pot chicken recipe made with leftover chicken or a rotisserie chicken.

You can pick up a rotisserie chicken at most grocery stores for less than $5. This is a great way to save money on dinner.

Rotisserie Chicken Crock Pot Recipes

Buying a rotisserie chicken and then using it to make a crock pot meal is genius. Well, at least I think it is, anyway.

I can buy a rotisserie chicken for about $5 in my area. When was the last time you saw a pack of chicken for $5 or less?

So many good crock pot chicken recipes call for cooked chicken.

If you buy a rotisserie chicken half the work is done for you. I will buy one or two rotisserie chickens and pull the chicken meat off the bones to use in another recipe.

I love to make Rotisserie Chicken Salad.

Chicken salad is one of my favorite lunch recipes.

Or this Crock Pot Hot Chicken Sandwiches recipe is another family favorite.

Since I am all about saving money if you can buy whole fryers on sale then you should and then you can make your own crock pot rotisserie chicken for dinner.

Then use about 2 to 3 cups of leftover rotisserie chicken to make this Crock Pot Chicken Tetrazzini recipe later on in the week.

For me, it is usually cheaper to buy a store-bought rotisserie chicken then it is to buy a whole chicken fryer so that is what I usually do.

Crock Pot Chicken Recipes that feed the family and save you money

Crock Pot Chicken recipes are some of the easiest crock pot recipes you can make.

And you can really save money in the kitchen when you make a crock pot chicken recipe that calls for boneless chicken that you shred.

Crock Pot Chicken recipes like Crock Pot White Chicken Chili, Crock Pot Tex-Mex Chicken Chili, and Crock Pot Pulled Chicken, that uses about 4 boneless chicken breast halves, (about 2 lbs of chicken) into a huge meal for the family with leftovers.

Boil a pot of your favorite pasta noodles, drain, add the shredded Parmesan cheese and mix the cooked pasta into the chicken tetrazzini in the crock pot. Easy peasy!

This recipe will easily feed 6 people.

If you are feeding kids you could probably feed more than 6 people.

The leftovers heat up well and will taste even better the next day for lunch.

Why do you need to cook for 5 hours on low if the chicken is precooked? Thank you for your time

If you are cooking on low it can take up to 5 hours to heat and thicken the sauce. You should always check every couple of hours to make sure the sauce does not burn. Different slow cookers heat at a different rate.
