Very Berry Yogurt Ice Pop Recipe

The grandkids love homemade Very Berry Yogurt ice pops. I've used homemade yogurt to make mine but you can use store-bought.

Very Berry Yogurt Ice Pops

For the two previous summers, I struggled with taking pictures of my ice pop recipes. I had a heck of a time getting good pictures before the ice pops started to melt in the scorching summer heat.

This year I decided to get an early jump on it and come up with a recipe or two before it got so hot that I was melting along with the frozen treats.

This is one that I made the other day.

How to make Very Berry Yogurt Ice Pops

Ingredients

  • 4 medium strawberries
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 ½ cups plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until liquefied.
  2. Throw a couple more berries in and pulse a couple of times if you like it chunky.
  3. Pour into ice pop molds and freeze.

I love Popsicles on a hot day. I never thought of the mess photographing them would be on that occasion. Great job getting a jump on it this year.
