Very Berry Yogurt Ice Pops

Very Berry Yogurt Ice Pop Recipe

The grand kids love homemade ice pops.

They especially love homemade yogurt pops.

I’ve used homemade yogurt to make mine but you can use store bought.

Very Berry Yogurt Ice Pops

For the two previous summers I struggled with taking pictures of my ice pop recipes. I had a heck of a time getting good pictures before the ice pops started to melt in the scorching  summer heat.

This year I decided to get an early jump on it and come up with a recipe or two before it got so hot that I was melting along with the frozen treats.

This is one that I made the other day.

Very Berry Yogurt Ice Pops

Yield: 4 large ice pops

This recipe made enough for 4 decent sized ice pops with a little bit left over. I drank the leftovers and concluded this would make a great smoothie recipe also.

  • 4 medium strawberries
  • a handful of blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons sugar or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tbs milk

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until liquefied.
  2. Throw a couple more berries in and pulse a couple of times if you like it chunky.
  3. Pour into ice pop molds and freeze.
