  • a fresh strawberry for garnish

How to Make fresh strawberry juice

  1. Make homemade strawberry juice by blending 2 cups of washed and sliced strawberries with ½ cup water.

  3. Store the strawberry juice in the refrigerator to chill before mixing the Strawberry Mimosas.

  1. Place strawberry slices in the bottom of a champagne flute.
  2. Fill the champagne flute halfway full of the strawberry juice.
  3. Pour champagne into the flute until full.

My husband would love this drink! We are big fans of pink or red moscato, we like wine that's nice and sweet. This would be a perfect addition to our Valentine's Day dinner 🙂

Your strawberry mimosa looks absolutely marvelous. We don't get good local fresh strawberries this time of year, but I'm wondering if I couldn't make this with frozen berries. I'd have to garnish with something else. Or maybe I'll just hang on to this recipe until Mother's Day, when the strawberry fields are bursting. Either way, can't wait to give this a try at our next brunch.

Thank you so much. I am sure frozen strawberries would work to make the strawberry juice. I'd let the berries thaw first and decrease the water to 1/4 of cup. Enjoy!
