If you have been looking for your next favorite pressure cooker recipe these baby back ribs are going to be it.

In my 35 years of cooking, I have made barbecued ribs every possible way you can make them.

I have made Crock Pot Sweet Smoky Ribs, I have made Kansas City Style BBQ Ribs baked in the oven and I have cooked ribs slow over a charcoal grill.

As much as I love the flavor of ribs cooked over charcoal I have to tell you I love how tender Pork Ribs turn out when you cook them in the Instant Pot.

These Instant Pot Ribs taste amazing and by adding liquid smoke with the water you get that smoky rib flavor ever one loves.

And I didn't have to stand over a hot grill watching them cook.
