This creamy 5 minute yogurt dressing will add a delightful creamy, slightly tart flavor to any combination of fruit.

Only four ingredients and a few minutes to mix up the perfect topping for any fruit salad.

Five simple ingredients and you will be enjoying this sweet and tart yogurt honey lime fruit salad dressing.

  • Yogurt: Use plain yogurt, homemade yogurt. Homemade crème fraiche is a good substitution for yogurt and will work for a fruit salad topping.
  • Honey: This recipe uses honey as the sweetener. You could use granulated sugar or another sweetener as a substitution.
  • Lime: Zest of one entire lime and the juice of one half.
  • Mint: Fresh mint leaves.

Directions

It is so easy to mix up this simple but delicious fruit topping recipe.

Step 1: Scoop the yogurt into a small mixing bowl.

Step 2: Add the freshly squeezed lime juice, honey, lime zest and finely minted mint leaves to the bowl.

Step 3: Using a metal whisk beat the ingredients together.

Step 4: Transfer to a lidded mason jar or cover the bowl. Place the bowl in the refrigerator.

Chill for at least one hour before serving.

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
