Million Dollar Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1 ½ cup sweetened coconut flakes (divided)
- ½ cup pecan halves (roughly chopped)
- ½ cup maraschino cherries (roughly chopped)
- 8 oz Cool Whip
Instructions
- Mix the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, drained pineapple, 1 cup of coconut flakes, the chopped pecans, chopped cherries and the Cool Whip in a large bowl.
- Tightly cover the bowl and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
- Garnish the bowl with remaining ½ cup of shredded coconut and top with a whole cherry before serving.
- Serve in a pretty cup or dessert bowl.
