Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (or about 1 ½ pounds cut into bite size pieces
- 3 cans red kidney beans and liquid
- 1 can stewed tomatoes and liquid
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup elbow macaroni
- shredded cheese
Directions
- Place the first 7 ingredients into a gallon size ziplock bag.
- Place the bag on a cookie sheet and freeze flat.
- Save the macaroni for when cooking the chili in a crock pot.
- Sprinkle each serving with shredded cheese.
- Makes 4-6 servings.

- ½ cup elbow macaroni
- ½ cup shredded cheese

- Put the first 7 ingredients into a gallon size freezer bag.
- Place the filled bag on a cookie sheet and freeze flat.
- The macaroni will be added when cooking the chili in a crock pot.
- Makes 4-6 servings.
