All you need is 4 ingredients to make these easy red velvet cookies.

  • Boxed red velvet cake mix
  • vegetable oil
  • large eggs
  • white chocolate chips

Directions

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 325 F. Degrees.
  • Step 2: Open the package of red velvet cake mix and dump it into a large mixing bowl.
  • Step 3: Crack the eggs open into a small bowl and slightly beat them with a fork.
  • Step 4: Measure the vegetable oil and pour it into the mixing bowl.

  • Step 5: Mix with a wire whisk or dough hook mix until the dry ingredients are moistened.

  • Step 6: Add the white chocolate chips to the bowl and fold them into the batter.

  • Step 7: Line an aluminum baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Step 8: Scoop the dough with a 2 inch dough scoop or a tablespoon. Place the cookie dough 2 inches apart.

  • Step 9: Bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes. Checking after 10 minutes to make sure the white chips are not browning. If they are remove the cookies from the oven.
  • Step 10: Let the cookies cool for 10 minutes on the baking sheet. Then use a thin spatula to transfer the hot cookies to a wire cooling rack. Cool the cookies completely.
