How to Make a Pineapple Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
- ½ cup ice
- ½ cup frozen mango chunks
- ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup vanilla or plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons sugar (optional, I didn't use any)
Directions
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until thick and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
- Makes one serving.
Pineapple Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
- ½ cup ice
- ½ cup frozen mango chunks
- ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup vanilla or plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons sugar (optional, I didn't use any)
Instructions
- Fill a blender with ice, cubed mango, frozen pineapple chunks, milk, yogurt and sugar. ,
- Pulse until the ice is broken up and thick and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
- Makes one serving.
