Celebrate the season with this Peppermint Mocha Frozen Hot Chocolate Recipe using Coffee-mate Peppermint Mocha Creamer.
As soon as the weather turns chilly warming up with a cup of hot chocolate is the thing to do to chase the chill away.
But what can you do if it is still in the 80's and you are craving a cup of hot chocolate?
How about a cup of frozen hot chocolate instead?
One of my favorite ways to enjoy a cup of hot chocolate during the holiday season is with a candy cane hanging off the side, slowly melting and adding a peppermint flavor.
With the Coffee-mate Peppermint Mocha Creamer, I can enjoy that peppermint flavor and not have to worry if I have any candy canes in the house.
Coffee-mate Creamer recipes
Coffee-mate has made it easy to get creative with either a cup of frozen hot chocolate or a cup of hot cocoa flavored with one of the Coffee-mate seasonal flavors.
Coffee-mate seasonal flavors are only available through December so get them while you can.
And guess what you can freeze them and enjoy them through the New Year! So stock up.
Since it is still warm here in Florida I decided to make a Peppermint Mocha Frozen Hot Chocolate instead.
Peppermint Frozen Hot Chocolate recipe
Peppermint Frozen Hot Chocolate is so easy to make. All you do is add all of the ingredients to a blender, blend well, pour into a holiday mug and enjoy.
You can make your mug of Peppermint Frozen Hot Chocolate extra special by topping it off with some whipped cream and garnishing it with crushed peppermint and a whole candy cane.
Get wild and add some crushed candy cane or chocolate sprinkles to the top of the whipped cream and you have a fancy coffee house style drink for pennies.

I have the powder version of this creamer. How do you subject I make it with that? Or, can I only use the liquied?
Thank you!

Rae
I would follow the directions and instead of the liquid creamer add 2-3 tablespoons of the powdered creamer. After blending it take a taste and add more powdered creamer if you don't have much peppermint flavor. Then add the ice and blend again.
