How to Make Mocha Mint Latte Recipe

Ingredients

  • New England Coffee Mocha Mint coffee
  • 1 teaspoon instant hot cocoa powder per cup
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons of sweetener of choice per cup
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons heavy cream or half and half per cup
  • 1 peppermint stick per cup

Directions

  1. Brew a strong pot of New England Coffee Mocha Mint coffee.
  2. Pour the coffee in a mug.
  3. Add the cocoa powder and sweetener to each mug and stir until dissolved.
  4. Add 1 - 2 tablespoons heavy cream or half and half to each cup.
  5. Stir and add a peppermint stick and enjoy.

    We always do a gift exchange exchange with our neighbors, a huge progressive throughout the neighborhood and a huge party. With family, we play games, eat tons of food, watch Christmas movies and just spend time together 

    The holidays are really hard. We will have a nice dinner and visit but all of us will have many thoughts of the empty chair that should be for my youngest. Last year on 10/26/15, my youngest decided to end her internal pain and took her own life.

    We always celebrate Thanksgiving at my daughter's house. Her husband is a taxidermist & it's deer hunting season. Hunters stop by all day dropping off deer. My son in law deep fries a turkey breast & I always make the dressing. We always have green beans with bacon & onions that we let cook on low for almost as long as the roast turkey.

    We keep to tradition. Thanksgiving at my uncle's house (we bring most of the food though, tough to be a good cook haha), Christmas Eve and Christmas at my mom's house.
