Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken halves
- 2 cups Fresh sliced mushrooms, rinsed well
- 4 slices uncooked bacon, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup Pompeian Marsala Cooking wine
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teas dry parsley flakes
- ½ teaspoon salt
Directions
- Place all the ingredients into a gallon size ziplock freezer bag.
- Freeze flat.
To cook Chicken Marsala recipe in a skillet
- Thaw the Frozen Chicken Marsala in the refrigerator over night.
- Place all the ingredients into a large skillet and cook on medium high for about 15 minutes.
- Place a lid on the pan and reduce heat to a simmer.
- Simmer 45-60 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through the center or reaches 165 F. on a digital thermometer.
