How to Make Freezer Meals: Crock Pot Chicken Marsala recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken halves
  • 2 cups Fresh sliced mushrooms, rinsed well
  • 4 slices uncooked bacon, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup Pompeian Marsala Cooking wine
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teas dry parsley flakes
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a gallon size ziplock freezer bag.
  2. Freeze flat.

To cook Chicken Marsala recipe in a skillet

  1. Thaw the Frozen Chicken Marsala in the refrigerator over night.
  2. Place all the ingredients into a large skillet and cook on medium high for about 15 minutes.
  3. Place a lid on the pan and reduce heat to a simmer.
  4. Simmer 45-60 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through the center or reaches 165 F. on a digital thermometer.

Ingredients
