  • Step 1: Place the softened cream cheese into a medium sized bowl. Using a handheld mixer beat the cream cheese until it is smooth and creamy.

      Susan no I wouldn't bake this in puff pastry. It is a no bake recipe. You can use my homemade cheesecake filling recipe as a puff pastry filling.
