Picture this: the lush sweetness of pineapple juice meets the rich creaminess of coconut cream, topped off with the dazzling, melon magic of Midori liqueur.

Ideal for sipping by the pool or spicing up your next outdoor bash, this radiant creation is a guaranteed hit. Ready to impress? Pull up your sleeves, and let's get mixing this exotic treasure that's bound to make waves!

If you enjoy sweet tropical cocktails like a Pina Colada then you are going to love a Midori Colada.

A Midori Colada has all the same flavors of a classic Pina Colada, like creamy coconut milk, pineapple, and rum but with the added bonus of Midori Melon Liqueur.

No matter what the occasion a green Midori Colada Cocktail is a refreshing was to enjoy a poolside frozen cocktail during the blazing summer heat.

The sweet flavor of melon liqueur goes perfect with the coconut milk, pineapple juice, and rum.

Rum cocktails are my favorite drinks to serve.

How to Make a Midori Colada Cocktail

Ingredients

  • Midori Melon Liqueur: The star of the show, bringing a bright, sweet melon flavor that gives our cocktail its signature tropical taste and vibrant green color.
  • White Bacardi Rum: Adds a smooth, light rum foundation that enhances the cocktail's complexity without overpowering the other flavors.
  • canned Coconut Milk: Lends a creamy texture and rich coconut taste, making the drink luxuriously smooth and deliciously tropical.
  • Pineapple juice: Injects a tangy sweetness, complementing the melon notes of the Midori and the creaminess of the coconut milk.
  • lime juice: A splash of citrus to balance the sweetness with a slight tartness, elevating the overall freshness of the cocktail. Use fresh lime juice for the best flavor.
  • Crushed ice: Creates a chilled, slushy texture that makes this drink irresistibly refreshing on a hot day.

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until ice is crushed.
  2. Pour into a hurricane glass and garnish with a lime slice, a cherry, and a fun drink umbrella.
