- two 15 oz cans garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- one 14.5 oz can Italian style stewed tomatoes
- ¾ cup diced onion
- ½ cup diced bells peppers
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups beef broth

- Place all the soup ingredients except the beef broth into a one-gallon freezer bag.
- Freeze flat on a cookie sheet.

Patti I am sure you could cook this in the Instant Pot. You would only cook it for about 3 when using cooked sausage and canned beans.
