I love to use frozen tortellini in soup recipes like this Crock Pot Chicken Tortellini Soup recipe.
It adds so much more flavor than adding plain pasta to all your favorite crock pot soup recipes. I love this Crock Pot Tortellini Soup recipe.
Classic chicken noodle soup just got better when you substitute cheese-filled tortellini for regular old egg noodles.
Now don't get me wrong I love a big hot bowl of homemade chicken noodle soup but sometimes I just want to get a little wild and amp it up a bit with cheese filled tortellini.
The cheese tortellini makes this comfort food a little extra special on a cold winter night.
Plus the added flavor of the cheese tortellini adds an extra layer of delicious flavor to a plain crock pot chicken soup recipe.
And if the man of the house is like my husband who says that soup is not filling enough to eat for dinner, well he's in for a surprise.
Because this Crock Pot Chicken Tortellini recipe is hearty enough to fill him up and warm him up on a cold winter night.
