Chicken lo mein happens to be one of my favorite Asian recipes. When I'm in the mood for chicken lo mein I'd rather make it at home than pay for the convenience of ordering take out.
Plus I don't want to wait forever for the delivery guy to show up and if your like me you need to get dinner on the table fast.

Ingredients
- 8 ounce package KA.ME Wide lo mein noodles, cooked, rinsed well and drained
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves thinly sliced
- 15 oz can mini corn
- 16 oz bag frozen Asian vegetables, thawed and drained well
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2- 3 oz KA.ME Spicy Szechan Sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
Directions
- Cook the lo mein noodles following the direction on the package, drain and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a skillet and saute the chicken until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and drain on a paper towel.
- Add the vegetables, corn and garlic to the hot skillet.
- Saute about 5 minutes until heated through.
- Return the chicken to the skillet with the vegetables then add the noodles and the sauce.
- Toss until the noodles and vegetables are coated and the noodles are heated.
- Serve immediately.
- Makes 4-6 servings.
