Ingredients  

  • 8 ounce package KA.ME Wide lo mein noodles (cooked, rinsed well and drained)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves thinly sliced
  • 15 oz. can mini corn
  • 16 oz. bag frozen Asian vegetables (thawed and drained well)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2- 3 oz KA.ME Spicy Szechuan Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

Instructions 

  • Cook the lo mein noodles following the direction on the package, drain and set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet and saute the chicken until cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the pan and drain on a paper towel.
  • Add the vegetables, corn and garlic to the hot skillet.
  • Saute about 5 minutes until heated through.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet with the vegetables then add the noodles and the sauce.
  • Toss until the noodles and vegetables are coated and the noodles are heated.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Makes 4-6 servings.
