(cooked, rinsed well and drained)

boneless skinless chicken breast halves thinly sliced

bag frozen Asian vegetables
(thawed and drained well)

Instructions
Cook the lo mein noodles following the direction on the package, drain and set aside.
Heat the oil in a skillet and saute the chicken until cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the pan and drain on a paper towel.
Add the vegetables, corn and garlic to the hot skillet.
Saute about 5 minutes until heated through.
Return the chicken to the skillet with the vegetables then add the noodles and the sauce.
Toss until the noodles and vegetables are coated and the noodles are heated.
Serve immediately.
