Strawberry season is the perfect time to enjoy a fresh Strawberry Mojito. I am guessing no matter where you live the produce department is filled with fresh from Florida strawberries grown in Plant City, Florida. Once you get tired of eating those strawberry no-bake pies and strawberry filled cupcakes and you are still looking for strawberry recipes you can enjoy a cool and refreshing Strawberry Mojito.
A traditional mojito doesn't include strawberries but what's a girl to do when she has overstocked the refrigerator with fresh Florida strawberries?
Make a Strawberry Mojito that's what. I love fruity cocktails and even though I love a good traditional mojito once in awhile I like to change things up every once in awhile. It keeps life interesting don't you think?

How to make superfine sugar
Don't have super fine sugar on hand? No problem.........Pulse regular granulated sugar in a blender for a few seconds.
This recipe calls for the use of a cocktail muddler. You would think a cocktail muddler would be very easy to find. Well, I looked and looked at all the obvious places one might think they could buy a cocktail muddler.
I could not find one. Then one day while I was shopping at one of our malls I ran into Bed, Bath, and Beyond and they had one. I was looking for a bamboo cocktail muddler or one made of untreated wood but all they had was this aluminum cocktail muddler. It works really well so I am glad I bought it but I may just buy the bamboo cocktail muddler on Amazon. I love the way it has two different sized ends.
So if you need to pick up a cocktail muddler to make this Strawberry Mojito you might want to save yourself a couple of trips and just pick up one of these on Amazon.
