September 29th is National Coffee Day. To help celebrate Fall and Coffee Day, I am sharing a homemade Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer recipe. The best part is you only need 4 ingredients to make it!

I can't think of a better way to celebrate two of my favorite things; iced coffee and pumpkin spice.

Pumpkin Spice is a fall flavor I look forward to every year. The sad part is all the pumpkin spice flavored products I love are only around for a short period of time.

There are only 4 ingredients in this Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer recipe! You can't get much easier than that now can you.

I used just a bit of granulated sugar to sweetened my Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer recipe. You can adjust the sweetness by adding a little more sugar if you need.

If you prefer Splenda as your sweetener you could substitute it for the granulated sugar in this recipe and have a low-calorie Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer, instead. .

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cup half and half
  • ½ cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredient into a sauce pan.
  2. Heat on medium, stirring constantly until the half and half is steaming hot, about 5 minutes.
  3. Do not boil or the half and half may scald.
  4. Pour through a fine strainer to remove any lumps of spices that may not have dissolved.
  5. Pour into a container and allow to come to cool before refrigerating.
