Aqua Fresca is very easy to make. All you need is a favorite fresh fruit and water. Summer watermelon is so sweet on it's own you don't need very much sugar to sweeten it.

If your watermelon should end up not being very sweet you can increase the amount of sugar to ¼ cup.

But don't over do it. Aqua Fresca should only be lightly sweetened. The sweetness should come from the fresh watermelon or fruit that is used.
