Easy Yogurt Parfaits

I made these easy yogurt parfaits using Dole Fruit in Jars and my favorite Greek Yogurt. I have the worst time eating breakfast. If I can’t grab it and eat it without too much fuss I just don’t eat breakfast. So to make myself get into the habit of eating a good breakfast I made these yogurt parfaits in mason jars and put them in the refrigerator so all I had to do in the morning is pull one out to eat breakfast. So far so good. It has been working like a charm.
Pairing my favorite greek yogurt with DOLE® Fruit in Jars and a tablespoon of almonds is a great way to get the morning started with a healthy breakfast. But like I mentioned earlier it is hard for me to eat breakfast. I have never been one to eat breakfast.
That’s why I decided to make up a few jars of these Easy Yogurt Parfaits using all natural DOLE® Fruit in Jars with greek yogurt and have them ready to go in the mornings.
DOLE® Fruit in Jars is available in Sliced Peaches, Mandarin Oranges, Tropical Fruit, Pineapple Chunks and Mixed Fruit. I’ll be able to change up the fruit toppings and not get bored with my morning Yogurt Parfaits.
These yogurt parfaits are a great healthy breakfast option. The greek yogurt offers up calcium, the DOLE® Fruit in Jars sliced peaches is one serving of fruit and the almonds are packed with vitamins, minerals, protein and fiber along with heart health benefits.
I loved the Dole sliced peaches packed in 100% fruit juice. They tasted great and I didn’t have to worry about any extra sugar. I can’t wait to try the Tropical Fruit.

- DOLE® Fruit in Jars Sliced Peaches
- 1 container of plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
- 1 drizzle of ginger infused honey or any other honey available
- Add the greek yogurt to the bottom of a 1/2 pint mason jar
- Top the greek yogurt with 4 DOLE® Fruit in Jars Sliced Peaches
- Sprinkle the sliced almonds on top.
- Drizzle with ginger infused honey
