How to make Orange or Lemon Curd Creme Fraiche Topping
- ½ cup homemade Crème Fraiche
- ¼ cup homemade Orange Curd or Lemon Curd
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Makes ¾ cup topping
- Mix Creme Fraiche and sugar in a bowl until the sugar has dissolved.
- Add the orange curd and beat with a mixer on high until thick and creamy, about 2 minutes.
- I used the Orange Curd that I recently made but you could substitute any flavor curd you have.
