Ball Park® Flame Grilled Patties are ready to eat from freezer to table in about a minute. You get that juicy flame-grilled flavor without all the hassle of firing up the grill. I picked up the new Chicken Patty Hickory Smoked Bacon & White Cheddar flavor at Publix. I found them in the freezer section at the end of the aisle.
Ingredients
- 1 Ball Park® Chicken Patty Hickory Smoked Bacon & White Cheddar
- Hamburger Roll
- 1 Haas Avocado, cut in half, divided
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
- tomato slice, optional
- lettuce, optional
- 3 strips bacon, cooked crispy
- 1 slice white cheddar cheese
Directions
- Cook the bacon and set aside on a paper towel to drain.
- Place one Ball Park® Chicken Patty Hickory Smoked Bacon & White Cheddar on a paper plate and cover with a paper towel.
- Cook for 60 seconds, place cheese slice on and heat an additional 20 seconds.
- Cooking time may vary due to differences in microwaves.
- While the chicken burger is cooking slice the avocado in half. Scoop and mash one half. Mix with 1 teaspoon mayonnaise.
- Arrange cooked chicken burger on a bun. Top with avocado mayonnaise.
- Slice the remaining half of avocado and arrange on top of avocado mayonnaise.
- Top chicken burger with a tomato slice and lettuce if desired.

My husband wants me to send him to work with this which I agreed to. He'll just have to cut the avocados himself. They turn brown so quickly and we have yet to figure out a way to prevent this. #client
