    4 Tips to Make One Pot Meals

    One Pot Meals like this Skillet Greek Chicken recipe are so easy to make. One Pot Meals made with McCormick All-Purpose Spice Blends are perfect for busy week day nights when you don't have much time in the kitchen.

    To make this Greek style chicken or any other skillet meal all you need is some chicken thighs (or other protein of choice), potatoes, sweet potatoes, an onion, garlic cloves, a dash or two of olive oil and McCormick Basil, Oregano, Garlic & Sea Salt All Purpose Seasoning.

    1. Layer your chicken or meat of choice and vegetables in a large skillet.
    2. Season with McCormick Spice Blends.
    3. Drizzle with olive oil.
    4. Roast until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are tender on the inside and golden on the outside.

    How To Make One Pot Skillet Greek Chicken and Potatoes

    One pot meals are perfect dinner any night of the week.

    Ingredients

    • 2 lbs golden potatoes, peeled, rinsed well and cut into wedges
    • 3 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled, rinsed well and cut into wedges
    • 1 large onion, peeled and cut into wedges
    • 8 large garlic cloves, peel and slightly crushed
    • 5 lbs chicken thighs with skin (about 8 pieces of chicken)
    • McCormick Basil, Oregano, Garlic and Sea Salt All Purpose Seasoning
    • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 375 F. degrees.
    2. Prepare all the vegetables.
    3. Place about ¾ of the potatoes, sweet potatoes, onion wedges and garlic cloves in the bottom of a large skillet.
    4. Season heavily with the McCormick Basil, Oregano, Garlic and Sea Salt All Purpose Seasoning.
    5. Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables.
    6. Place the chicken thighs in the skillet in a single layer on top of the vegetables.
    7. Wedge the remaining vegetables in between the chicken pieces.
    8. Season the chicken and vegetables with the McCormick Basil, Oregano, Garlic and Sea Salt All Purpose Seasoning.
    9. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken pieces and vegetables.
    10. Place the skillet in a preheated 375 F. degree oven.
    11. Bake for 60 to 90 minutes or until the center of the thickest piece of chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165 F.
    12. Serves 4 to 8.
