If you are looking for easy dinner ideas I have got the perfect one for you. This easy Garlic Pasta with Asparagus only takes fifteen minutes to make. It is the easiest dinner recipe I have made in a long time.

This Garlic Pasta and Asparagus recipe has a light olive oil "sauce", sauteed asparagus with garlic and just a bit of red pepper flakes gives it a nice little bite. The asparagus is crisp and delicious.

I used the new Pompeian Smooth Extra Virgin Olive Oil to saute the asparagus. It has a smooth fruity flavor perfect for sauteing delicate vegetables like asparagus. The perfect blend of the Pompeian Smooth Extra Virgin Olive Oil is perfect for the delicate dishes of the Medierterian Diet which are so healthy.

I also used the Pompeian Smooth for the Tuscan Tomato and Mozzarella recipe I shared last week. Next time I make this Marinated Mozzarella recipe I'll use the Pompeian Smooth EVO Oil. The light flavor will be perfect with the fresh herbs.

Pompeian has a blend of extra virgin olive oil for all my cooking needs. I use the Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil in Grilled Avocado and Mango Salsa recipe. It has a robust olive oil flavor perfect for marinades, grilling and salad dressings. It has a stronger spicy and peppery olive oil flavor.

I don't know what I love more about this Garlic Pasta and Asparagus recipe- that it tastes so darn good or that it is so easy to make.
