Crock Pot Spiced Peach Pork Chops

Crock Pot Spiced Peach Pork Chops are sweet, spicy and tender. Tired of the same old pork chops for dinner every week.

This easy pork chop crock pot recipe is amazing. It is packed full of flavor, the pork chops are tender and it is easy to make.

These Crock Pot Spiced Pork Chops are sweet from the peaches and packed full of flavor from the spices.

A touch of red pepper flakes give them just the hint of heat.

Crock Pot Spiced Peach Pork Chops Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 bone in center or 6 boneless pork chops
  • 15 oz. can sliced peaches in light syrup
  • 15 oz. can tomato sauce
  • ¾ cup water
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh or dry rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh or dried thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh or dried basil
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon cool water

Directions to make crock pot peach pork chops

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet and brown the pork chops on both sides. Place the pork chops in a single layer in a casserole crock pot or a 7 quart crock pot.
  2. Drain the pieces into a bowl, reserving the juice. Pour the peach slices over the pork chops in the crock pot.
  3. Add the tomato sauce, soy sauce, rosemary, thyme, basil and pepper flakes to the bowl with the peach juice. Stir to combine and pour over the pork chops in the slow cooker.
  4. Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook for 4-5 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high. Cooking time will depend on how thick the pork chops are.
  5. 30 minutes before the pork chops will be served mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch with 1 tablespoon cool water. Pour into the crock pot and stir to combine with the liquids in the crock pot. Recover and allow to continue to cook until the pork chops are cooked through.
  6. Serve the Spicy Peach Pork Chops over a bed of cooked white rice or quinoa.
