- 2 cups beef broth
- 14.5 ounce can black beans
- 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes with chiles
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup pinto beans, rinsed
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground chili powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese

- Place all the ingredients into a crock pot. Cook on high 3-4 hours or until the soup is piping hot.
