Crock Pot Chicken Stuffing
This Crock Pot Chicken Stuffing recipe is so easy and delicious. The chicken turns out moist and tender. It only takes a few minutes to load it into the slow cooker and in just a couple of hours your enjoying a delicious meal.
This chicken and stuffing slow cooker recipe is one of my favorite crock pot recipes. It reminds me of Thanksgiving dinner even though it is made with chicken breasts instead of turkey.
You could use boneless turkey breast instead of chicken breast if you can find it. For some reason I just can't find much fresh turkey meat in my area. I used to be able to buy a half turkey breast but usually all I can find is whole frozen turkeys in my area.
Another great thing about this Crock Pot Chicken Stuffing recipe is that you only need 4 main ingredients-chicken, canned cream soup, milk and the stuffing mix. The rest of the ingredients are seasonings, water and milk which everyone usually has on hand.

How often do you cook in a slow cooker?
All you crock pot lovers out there I am curious as to how often you cook in your slow cooker. I use my slow cooker once or twice a week. It really makes getting dinner on the table easy for me during the busy week.
On the weekends I love to make my favorite Easy Crock Pot Pulled Pork Sandwich recipe when I have the family over for Sunday dinner.
I'd love to hear from you so drop me a comment and tell me how often you make a crock pot recipe for dinner or lunch.
Did you read through the recipe and noticed that I reserved one cup of the dry stuffing mix? If your wondering why I did this I like to have a little crunch in the stuffing.
As you know most anything you cook in the slow cooker will get wet and soggy. I like a combination of textures in my stuffing. You know like when you bake a pan of stuffing in the oven the top ith be a little crunchy and the inside will be moist and tender?
By saving a small portion of the dry stuffing mix and sprinkling it on last I can enjoy little crunchy bits of the stuffing with my chicken.
There's not much crunch but it's enough to add a little extra texture to the recipe.
