It's almost Christmas and time to start thinking about stocking stuffers.

Every Christmas I like giving my kids and grandchildren a new tooth brush.

It's been a tradition in my family since my oldest daughter was a baby. I think it's a great idea to make brushing teeth a fun experience for the children as soon as possible. What better way to do that then to give them a favorite character tooth brush and tooth paste. Not only do they love getting the new tooth brush and tooth paste but it has a picture of a favorite character they love on it.

While I was shopping at Walmart for the tooth paste and new tooth brushes for my granddaughters stockings I came across the Colgate display. The display had Dora the Explorer, Spongebob Squarepants, Spiderman and Transformers  tooth brushes, tooth paste and hand wash.

My kids are too old for these but the grand kids are the perfect age for the character tooth brushes. My grand daughters love Dora and Sponge Bob. We watch them all day long switching between Dora and Sponge Bob on TV during the week.

I had been hoping to find the Colgate  Holiday Packs  that include a Dora and Spongebob tooth brush and a tube of tooth paste. They weren't available  at my store yet but you may find them in yours on an end-cap.

I already picked up some new stockings and glitter glue so I could personalize each girls stocking with their name.

With a steady hand write your child's name on the stocking top with some glitter glue. The kids really love it when you personalize stockings for them. At least my granddaughters do.

Once the glitter glue is dry on the stockings you can safely hang them up on the mantel if you are lucky enough to have one. There aren't many fireplaces here in Florida.

You can fill them with the Colgate Dora the Explorer and Spongebob Squarepants tooth brush, tooth paste and hand wash.

Or you can wait until Christmas Eve like I do.
