Creamy Ranch Hash Brown Casserole

Easy family casserole recipes can make breakfast on the weekend spectacular. They are easy to make, they cook in one baking dish and they are usually cheesy. Sounds like a great combination to me as a busy mom I am looking for quick meals that my family loves.
This recipe is my favorite of the three. It was so much fun coming up with this recipe.
1 32 oz bag of frozen southern style hash browns
1 cup Hidden Valley Ranch Farm House Originals Parmesan Dressing
1 cup sour cream
½ cup buttermilk
2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
¾ cup cooked chopped bacon
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
¼ cup bread crumbs
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl mix together the Hidden Valley Ranch FarmHouse Originals Creamy Parmesan dressing, sour cream and buttermilk until smooth.
Add shredded cheese, bacon, salt and pepper. Stir until combined evenly.
Next add the bag of frozen southern style hash browns and mix together until the hash browns are evenly coated with the sauce ingredients.
Pour mixture into an 8 x 8 baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly over the top.
Bake in a 375 degrees, preheated oven for one hour.

oh man, this totally reminds me of that hash brown casserole at Cracker Barrel - I haven't had it in forever!
