📦 Coffee Freezer Labels — Keep Every Cup Fresh & Flavorful
Freezing coffee beans or grounds is a great way to lock in freshness and flavor — especially when you buy your favorite roast in bulk. Whether you're storing whole beans or pre-ground coffee, clearly labeled containers make it easy to grab what you need for that perfect morning brew.
These freezer labels help you stay organized and avoid the “is this decaf?” guessing game. Great for busy mornings, weekend coffee rituals, or just keeping your favorite blends fresh and ready to go.
📦 Perfect for Coffee Beans, Grounds & Your Favorite Blends
Freezing coffee is a great way to preserve freshness — especially when you stock up on whole beans or ground coffee. Whether it’s a bold dark roast, your favorite local blend, or even decaf for guests, these freezer labels help you keep track of what’s what, so every cup starts with the best possible flavor.
Each label gives you space to note the type of coffee, freeze date, and any little details — like grind type or roast level — so you’ll always know what you’re brewing.

💡 Bonus Tip:
Store coffee in airtight containers or freezer-safe bags, label clearly, and stash in small portions to keep it at peak flavor. Only take out what you need — the rest stays fresh until you’re ready for your next cup!
🗂️ Easy Storage Tip:
Each sheet includes 6 labels — but you won’t always need them all at once. I like to store my extras in a page protector inside my Freezer Label Binder so they’re ready to go next time I’m doing a pantry cleanout or freezer restock. No more printing duplicates or rummaging through drawers!
🖨️ Recommended Printing:
- These freezer labels are made and customized to fit Avery Printable Shipping Labels with Sure Feed, 3-⅓" x 4", White, 60 Labels (Avery 15264).
- I've printed them with my own HP home printer and tested them in the freezer — no smudging, no peeling. Months later and the labels are still intact and the printing is as easy to read as the day they went into the freezer.
✅ These labels stay put on zip-top bags, vacuum seal bags, or containers — even through freezing and thawing.

💧 Are These Labels Waterproof?
Most home printer inks (especially inkjet) are water-based and not waterproof. If you print using a laser printer, your labels may hold up better to spills. That said, I’ve had great results with my inkjet printer and haven’t had any issues with smudging in the freezer. I've tested out the Avery #15264 for a year now.
✍️Important Notes:
- No Physical Product will be shipped.
- This is a downloadable file that you will then print onto Avery label #15264 which this label has been formatted for. Using a different size or brand of label may not work. For best results use the recommended Avery label. There are no refunds on digital downloads.
