Crock Pot Buttermilk Ranch Mashed Cauliflower Recipe

This Crock Pot Buttermilk Ranch Mashed Cauliflower recipe is one of my favorite crock pot recipes. It is one of the easiest ways to cook fresh cauliflower.

Crock Pot Buttermilk Ranch Mashed Cauliflower recipe. Low carb and missing those starchy mashed potatoes? Try this mashed cauliflower recipe instead.

Low Carb Cauliflower recipes

Are you on a low carb diet and looking for delicious cauliflower recipes?

Or do you just love cauliflower as I do?

One of the things I miss the most since I have been low carbing is mashed or baked potatoes.

Now that I know cauliflower is the perfect low carb substitute for starchy potatoes I have been enjoying some carb satisfying recipes without the carbs.

Step by step how to make crock pot buttermilk ranch mashed cauliflower recipe.

Homemade Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Mix recipe

I love homemade buttermilk ranch dressing.

It is unbelievably easy to make and tastes so much better than any envelope of ranch dressing mix I have ever bought.

As I mention in the recipe description I used my homemade buttermilk ranch dressing mix to make this mashed cauliflower recipe.

If you don't want to make the homemade ranch dressing mix you can use an envelope of the store-bought stuff.

But first, take a peek into your pantry and see if you have the ingredients to make the homemade ranch mix.

It takes about 3 minutes to make. You'll have enough ranch dressing mix to make this and a few batches of homemade buttermilk ranch dressing.

I make this ranch dressing mix by the jar full and can make buttermilk ranch dressing any time I want.

I make a batch of homemade ranch dressing every week.

Yes, I eat it that much.

Either in recipes like this Crock Pot Buttermilk Ranch Mashed Cauliflower, as a salad dressing, as a dip for cauliflower tots, on my low carb turkey wraps and more.

Cauliflower Recipes

Fresh cauliflower is available all year long. It is a delicious vegetable that can be used in so many different types of recipes.

I love to use cauliflower in many of my recipes.

Cauliflower can be added to make soup recipes like Instant Pot Cauliflower Broccoli Soup.

Or cauliflower can be the main ingredient in a recipe like this mashed cauliflower recipe.

I just love cauliflower so much that I try to find as many ways as possible to eat it.

One of the newest cauliflower recipes I've made is this cheesy Gouda Cauliflower Casserole recipe.

I made it over the holidays and it was a huge hit.
