If you’re looking for an easy summer dinner that also makes meal prep a breeze, this Cilantro Pineapple Grilled Chicken is it! The sweet pineapple and fresh cilantro create a bright, bold marinade that works perfectly for grilling. The best part? You can prep the marinade ahead of time or freeze the chicken right in it for quick meals later. Grill once and enjoy twice — leftovers are fantastic sliced over salads, tucked into wraps, or turned into easy tacos.

With warm weather comes the backyard bbq and my favorite way to celebrate summer with family and friends is to invite everyone over for grilled chicken.

Grilled chicken tastes so good when it is marinated in a citrus-based marinade like STUBB'S Citrus and Onion Chicken Marinade. It is the perfect combo of flavors for chicken.

Make this Chili Lime Pineapple Slices to serve with the grilled chicken. It is a perfect summer side dish.
