Moist and delicious Instant Pot Blueberry Muffin Bites for breakfast or a snack. Blueberry Muffin Bites are bite-size kid-friendly treats. They are so easy to make with the Silicone Egg Bites Mold.
– Prepare the Funfetti Cake & Cupcake mix as directed on the package adding the ½ teaspoon to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
– Fill cupcake papers ¾ full.

Prepare the blueberry muffin batter according to the package directions, mixing until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the texture light and fluffy.
Fill each silicone bites mold cup about three-quarters full with batter. Place the filled mold onto a silicone Instant Pot sling with handles, making sure it is level.
Pour 1½ cups of water into an 8-quart Instant Pot insert, or 1 cup for a 6-quart model. Set the mold inside, seal the lid, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
Allow a natural release for 5 minutes, then vent remaining steam. Remove the mold, uncover to stop cooking, cool, then invert and gently press to release the muffin bites.
