Apple Cinnamon Fruit  Roll-Ups

These homemade apple cinnamon fruit roll-ups are made with real fruit and warm spice, no preservatives, just a fun, kid-friendly snack you’ll feel good about making at home. Naturally delicious!

WHAT YOU NEED

EQUIPMENT Parchment Paper Baking Sheets Blender Off Set Spatula

– Prepare  the Funfetti Cake & Cupcake mix as directed on the package adding  the ½ teaspoon to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients. – Fill cupcake papers ¾ full.

PREP

Preheat oven to the lowest setting, about 170°F. Line two baking sheets fully with parchment paper so the fruit leather won’t stick and removes easily after drying.

Mix cinnamon into the applesauce. Spread one quart per baking sheet, smoothing with an offset spatula to create an even layer for consistent drying.

SPREAD

Bake for 8–12 hours until shiny and tacky, not wet. Rotate pans a few times during baking to ensure even drying across both sheets.

BAKE

Cool completely, then cut into strips and roll up. Secure each roll with natural twine or ribbon  for neat storage and  easy snacking.
