Ingredients  

  • 3 ½ cups very strong coffee
  • 2 ½ cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 split vanilla bean
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions 

  • Place the first 7 ingredients into a 4 quart crock pot and whisk until combined.
  • Add the cinnamon sticks and vanilla bean to the crock pot.
  • Heat on high for about 1 hour or until piping hot.
  • Reduce heat to low or warm and serve as needed.
  • Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon when serving.
