Cheesy Breakfast Bake
This Cheesy Breakfast Bake recipe is one of those recipe that you can customize for any of those picky eaters in your family. Instead of making it in a big baking pan you can make it in mini pie plates like I did.

Fry the hash browns or potatoes until crisp. Oil the bottom of a pie plate. Spread the hash browns or potatoes over the bottom of the pie plate. Spread a layer of cheese over the potatoes. Layer the other ingredients ending with a layer of cheese. Pour the beaten eggs over the top of the ingredients. Add another layer of cheese.
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 20-30 minutes until the egg has set and the cheese is bubbling.
