Homemade Tropical Ice Pops are made with a combination of coconut milk and regular milk.

Ingredients  

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple with juice
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • a pinch of grated nutmeg

Instructions 

  • Mix all ingredients together in a spouted bowl. Grate a pinch of fresh nutmeg over the bowl and mix well. Pour into ice pop molds and freeze.
  • If you don't like big chunks of fruit in your ice pops whirl  the entire mixture  in the blender for about 30 seconds then fill the ice pop molds.
