Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a spouted bowl. Grate a pinch of fresh nutmeg over the bowl and mix well. Pour into ice pop molds and freeze.
If you don't like big chunks of fruit in your ice pops whirl the entire mixture in the blender for about 30 seconds then fill the ice pop molds.
