Instructions
Wash and drain potatoes. Cut any large potatoes in half.
Place all the ingredients into a gallon ziplock bag.
Seal removing all air.
Freeze flat on a cookie sheet.
Once frozen remove cookie sheet and store in the freezer up to 3 months.
To Cook Freezer Meals-Cheesy Ranch Potatoes
Thaw Cheesy Ranch Potatoes in the refrigerator overnight.
Preheat oven to 375 F.Pour ingredients into a 9x13 roasting pan.
Pour ingredients into a 9x13 roasting pan and add ½ cup milk. Mix well.
Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake in pre-heated oven for 60 minutes or until the largest potato is fork tender and the sauce in bubbling.
30 minutes before done remove aluminum foil and top with 1-2 cups of additional shredded cheese if desired. Bake until cheese is melted.
