Instructions
In a bowl with a fork mash the avocado.
Add mayonnaise, lime juice, red pepper, garlic, salt and pepper.
Whisk or beat with a hand-held mixer until creamy.
Add the olive oil and beat on high for two minutes.
Taste and adjust seasonings.
