Ingredients  

  • 2.5 pounds baby red potatoes
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheese
  • 10 oz cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 envelope Ranch Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix
  • ½ cup minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon dry parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  • Wash and drain potatoes. Cut any large potatoes in half.
  • Place all the ingredients into a gallon ziplock bag.
  • Seal removing all air.
  • Freeze flat on a cookie sheet.
  • Once frozen remove cookie sheet and store in the freezer up to 3 months.

To Cook Freezer Meals-Cheesy Ranch Potatoes

  • Thaw Cheesy Ranch Potatoes in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 375 F.Pour ingredients into a 9x13 roasting pan.
  • Pour ingredients into a 9x13 roasting pan and add ½ cup milk. Mix well.
  • Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake in pre-heated oven for 60 minutes or until the largest potato is fork tender and the sauce in bubbling.
  • 30 minutes before done remove aluminum foil and top with 1-2 cups of additional shredded cheese if desired. Bake until cheese is melted.
