Ingredients  

  • 6 pieces boneless chicken breast halves ((about 2 lbs.))
  • 16 oz. jar jar salsa
  • 1 14 oz. can black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 14 oz. can corn drained
  • 1 14 oz. can green pepper and onion flavored diced tomatoes
  • ½ teaspoon dry oregano
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions 

  • Place all of the ingredients into a gallon size freezer bag.
  • Freeze flat on a cookie sheet.
  • Once frozen remove cookie sheet and store in the freezer until ready to cook.
